Stewart Street Activation

Description: Moreland Council trialed a shared street zone outside a local primary school to encourage primary school students and families to feel safe playing on the street before and after school. Council commissioned me to devise play based games and painted obstacle courses for children to enjoy either on foot or on bicycles. The interactive elements included a bicycle path obstacle course for older and younger children, a stepping game, hopscotch and a temporary flower chalk garden that could be added to over the week.
